What could be wrong with my charger
I have replaced the batterys with new ones and have 47.75 volts across the pack. When i checked the plug that goes into the cart from the charger there was no ac voltage. I plug it in and the lights come on and say incomplete; charger on, but there is no humming or anything. If any one could help it would be great.
