Default Radio/Speaker question

I have a Yamaha G1 stock, and am wondering what would it take to install a radio and speakers into the cart. Would I need to get another battery to run the stereo system? How do you wire it? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks and sorry for all the questions.

I built a small bracket behind the batteries and installed a small motorcycle battery with an external 12 volt charger. The battery is 9 amp hours and it powers my radio set up for a couple of day before having to be charged.

So many questions? My Joyce ask's me more questions at dinner then you do Several options. 1- use 2 of the 6 volt batteries to power your stereo, but it could put a "strain" on them if the stereo has a "all time power lead for preset feature". 2- a 36 volt reducer, that will let it run on the complete battery set. 3- extra battery, I don't think you'll need it, but there are other's that might disagree. Let us know what you do, it will help the next member.

Get a small gell cell and a battery tender, plug it in when you plug the cart in don't think about it again.
