Default dead

yamaha cart worked good,swaped out batteries now it is completely dead has good clean connections,wires,batteries ck good.It doesn't make sense according to wire diagram its wired correct and polarity is right

Thanks for the welcome,the batteries are fully charged and nothing,i have a test meter,have any idea what to check first,thx mike

Which model Yamaha? Check your battery banks at the spots where they connect to your cart wiring.Without knowing the model I can't help more.

thx for responding George,I checked voltage where it connects to controller and solenoid 36v,The model is G14 ,it has axe alltrax controller pnaxe4834

Does the solenoid clicks when you step on the accelerator? Try to bridge the large terminals on the solenoid. Let me know if that helps.

when i bridge large terminals it momentary sparks,step on pedal solenoid does not click,both together with key on,nothing

You probably have other issues than the solenoid, but it sounds like that doesn't work either. So you should replace it, since you'll need it sooner or later.Once that clicks and transfers the current, you know you're one step closer.Did you check the diodes?

The diodes located closed to the fuses. Just follow the wire coming from the fuse.These diodes are little black boxes about 1/2'' long with two terminals sticking out of it one horizontal, one vertical.
