Re: yamaha G19 controller
Reman units have had a pretty spotty reputation in past.
If you want one contact one of sponsors here and ask them for an FSIP rebuilt and you should be OK. |

Re: yamaha G19 controller
I put a Alltrax 350 from ebay in my g19 - 4 years ago, replaced it and has been working great. You will need to be able to read simple wiring diagram, there are a few wires to cut and splice.
If you go to the Alltrax website they have a bunch of manuals, installation & troubleshooting that you can download for free. I also got rid of the sorry 8v batteries and use 6v x 8 batteries, I put the 2 extra batteries in the back recess aera where the golf bags usually set. This change made a world of difference. |

Re: yamaha G19 controller
I hit a bit of a snag with my Alltrax controller. I'm not advising against them - not at ALL - I'm merely pointing out a snag that I hit and how I repaired it.

Re: yamaha G19 controller
I like to get the most amps I can with factory motor which is usually a 400 or 450 amp programmable controller from altrax. That way I can use my laptop to make adjustments to performance.
