Cart dies when it "warms up"
Hi Guys,
I just bought a nice 99 lifted 36V Yamaha cart. After I drive it for a while (15 minutes or so) it dies. I turn off the key and let it sit for a minute or so and than turn the key back on and it drives fine for another 5 or 10 minutes until it does the same thing. I have new batteries (Trojan) in it. Any ideas what it might be? Thanks in advance..... Brian |

Re: Cart dies when it "warms up"
Thanks for the info Swampsat. The cart is fully charged when this happens. Hopefully it is just a relay. Now I have to find it.

Re: Cart dies when it "warms up"
I took the cart to the dealer. They road it two times (40 minutes) trying to replicate the problem but had no luck. It only seems to happen when there is a load (more than 1 person) and on hotter days. The dealer is baffled and doesn't know what to do. Any more suggestions on what I should tell them to change out? I hate to just keep throwing parts ($) at it without knowing if it will solve the problem. Thanks.
