Default Yamaha G16 Controller Testing?

I have now direct jumped the motor (it works), Taken the solenoid out and had tested, (tested good), batteries are reading 38.4 volts but took all 6 out and had them load tested by battery shop and 5 are good and one was marginal and will replace that one. That leaves the controller I believe as the next item to test, BUT HOW????
Please, any advice will be appreciated. Plus my wife wants her garage spot back.
