Default need help on yamaha cart

i have been given a yamaha cart i think it might be a 80's model. the battiers are 2 years. the charger does not work, battery area is rusted badly, tires are all flat and the body has damage. is it worth working on or should i junk the cart out. the seats are in good shape no rips in covers. the frame is okay and the passenger area is sound.

That all depends on what you want the cart for. Do you just want to make a few dollars off of it. or do you want a cart to keep and use?

it depends on how much it will cost to get it running. i have seen on other threads that if the batteries are good then you have a chance of keeping the cost down. i would like to fix it up for my self but i do not want to spend as much that i could buy a newer model. if the cost is to high i might make a personal carrier to pull behind my ezgo.

So the charger is bad so chances are the batts were run down and have been sitting that way. Any idea of how long it's been sitting? What is full pack voltage? Voltage from each battery? Water in batts? What are the conditions of the battery cables? They could give clues to how the batteries were cared far.
