Default 1996 G19 sudden death

I have a 1996 48 volt (G19) I think, serial JR! 001569, it suddenly died as if a fuse was blown or some other type of quick fault occurred. Does anyone have a schematic and or instructions on where to begin to trouble shoot this cart. The batteries are 8+ volts each with a volt meter.

Regards
