Default Wich upgrade to do first, G16?

So now that I have my suspension the way I want it I now need more torque. I have 23x10x14" wheels and now I have less bottom end torque. Yes I know its because of the taller tires, before someone asks. My batterys don't seem like there the best. We run around for maybe 30 min and you can definately tell the batterys are loosin some juice. I have 6 6 volt batterys, I have a heavy duty solenoid, stock controller, and an aftermarket 3.83hp motor. I upgraded all wires to 4gauge also. My question is should I upgrade my batterys first, my controller, would gears be better? Any help would be appreciated. Me and my wife like to take our cart to the lake and it won't make it up the hill now. It would with the 20x9x8" wheels it just had. Thanks.

Best thing to do would be upgrade your controller...basic guide is motor for speed, controller for bottom end...I recommend at least a 400 amp Alltrax controller but for a little more a 500 amp will ensure you can climb nearly straight up a hill without any problems, needless to say your limited runtime on those batteries is going to decrease even more with a larger controller so plan on a new set soon...hope that helps :)

Have you up graded your controller? Is there a big difference when you upgrade one? Just trying to get an idea of what to expect. Thanks
