Default blinker light plug where to plug in

i found a wire hang on the batteries. it looks like a 4 prong plug goes up the stering wheel post to turn lights switch. cant find where to plug it in and the blinkers dont work anymore.

it is a yamaha. 2002 G19e electric golf cart 48 volt i think.
