Looking for Heavy Duty FnR Switch for Yamaha G19
I'm having a very hard time finding a Heavy Duty FnR switch for my 1999 Yamaha G19. I'm upgrading to a 650 amp AC-motor (converting to hunting buggy), and need the horse power. If anyone knows where I can find one of these, that would really help me out.

I am not sure if they make one or not, on my G16 I had to use a EZGO HD switch. This may be the route that you will need to go.

Re: Looking for Heavy Duty FnR Switch for Yamaha G19
Can you post some pics of the ezgo F&R install in the Yamaha?
The Ezgo F&R is a great rotary switch but it is not a surface mount unit. The CC F&R is a surface mount and this may actually be an easier and less expensive alternative. |

I'll take a look at the CC FnR switch and see if I can make it work. Pics to follow.

Re: Looking for Heavy Duty FnR Switch for Yamaha G19
One issue I see is that the CC FnR switch has six wires, whereas my Yamaha has a 3 wire connector. Any idea which are to be put together?

Re: Looking for Heavy Duty FnR Switch for Yamaha G19
It looks like I have 3 wires that come out of the switch, one goes to the on/off switch, and the other two go strait to the controller. Very simple compared to the other brands' FnR switches.

Not sure the 19 and 22 are the same. (The 14 and 16 are).
I'm having AJ's Cart Center in San Jose, Ca put one in my cart as we speak. It is a G14e, and the use a Club car switch, with minor mods. |
