G16 issues
alright guys heres what I got
Yamaha g16 36volt new US batts sitting at 38.7 new HD solenoid and entire cart has been recabled w/ 4awg rebuilt controller from FSIP once installed cart didn't move so heres where I started troubleshooting key switch is good and accel stop switch opens an closes, solenoid opens an closes, buzzer works, voltage at controller, I disconnected the batts an jumped the motor and worked in f an r. an throttle sensor seems to be doing its job.. as I was probing around w/ my meter both diodes an fuse blew, replaced exact parts an payed attention to polarity, now for some reason on all terminals on the motor all have continutity an all terminals on fnr are all open in any direction, so I pulled switch an tested w/o wires attached an it worked properly so now im officially stuck on ideas, I started building an hd fnr from an ezgo but figured id post my situation to see if I could get some ideas, any help is help greatly appreciated, thanks brad |
