I have a 2013 gas g29 with just a jakes 3" lift with 22" sahara tires and have no clearance issues. Did some minor trimming on the rear rockers but easily could clear 23" tires. You will be fine with the 6" lift.

Crappy pic but u get the idea.

Offset is fine. With the 6" lift its gonna be tippy especially with passengers or a heavy load. The wider offset helps with stability in the turns. The fronts are honna stick out just a tad wider than the rears which is caused by the way the spindles are made for added with. Looks like that wheel is the common and only offset available. Again they will stick out past your front fenders but you can get some of the wide fender flares if you ride mud or water from time to time. Mine stick out about 1.25" past on each side that does through small stones from time to time that get wedged in the lugs. Its gonna look good and handle very well. Post pucs when you get everything installed.

Long story short. My first cart was a g29 that i purchased from the dealer already lifted with 6" jakes and had the 23" tires/wheel combo. The 6" looked killer but had its disadvantages. It sits the cart up so tall that my parents in there 60's, grandparents, inlaws, and young kids had difficulty getting in and out of the cart because it was too high. Especially if you have a rear seat with the metal platform for the feet. Mine was around 18" off the ground at the rear platform.

My new cart was bone stock that i bought new from the dealer. This time around i wanted to do all the customizing myself which is funner. Stock height sucks and with the 3" lift and 22" tires its perfect for everyone. Plenty of clearance over curbs, small logs, ditches. Etc. couldnt be happier.

I don't have to go with a 6", I could go with the 3", I just really like the look of 14" with 22" tires, if that would clear with a jakes 3" my dealer has those as well. I want it to be stable as it will be my wife, me and our 1 year old taking daily rides. So the more negative the offset the more it will stick out? Correct?

The other wheels I was looking at, that I did not like as much had a 45 offset, which is 20mm more, this converts to a 3/4" difference, I doubt I will notice the difference.
