G2 conversion
Has anyone converted a Yamaha G2 from mechanical drive to solid state? Not sure if i'm wording it properly, but I was thinking of updating my cart with a computer, hoping it will give me more reliable driving. Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated!

Re: G2 conversion
Pretty easy, you can use the stock throttle assembly with an assortment of 1/4 watt resistors totaling 5k ohms. You would be removing the big cables, and rewiring it with 2 small wires to the throttle wire inputs on the controller.

Re: G2 conversion
I've seen and repaired a cart set up like that. It's not a bad idea at all.
