lifted G2
I gust got a 1989 yamaha G2 electric cart I gust put on a 6" lift and 22" tires when I load it on trailer and put it under a load it smokes from under seat just a little something getting hot do I need to up grade stock electrics

Probably resistor coils getting hot (which is normal at any speed other than full throttle). Inspect all wires/connections. Check coils for flammable/smokeable junk. Drive a little, and CAREFULLY check all connections for heat (do NOT touch coils/coil bolts, it will be like hamburger sticking to the grill!)
