Default 14" wheels on my Drive.

Well at least getting wheels for my drive was easier than getting more power and speed from it.

Iv brought myself a set of 14" fairway alloys with low profile tread. I ordered the wheels while i was in the US holidaying and yesterday morning they turned up safe and sound, i actually forgot to take them home when i left work last night so i had to go back and get them as there was no way i couldn't put them on and admire my new setup.
The wheels are Fairway Alloys Rebel in 14 x 6.5" diameters with EFX Fusion 205-30-14 tyres.
The wheels fitted fine on my stock height cart, the only thing i did was fix the rear mudflap back to the rear bumper to keep it from touching the tyre and i also just trimmed the rear edge of the side rocker panels just to give a little more clearance, they didn't actually touch though.
The Bigger wheels gave the cart about a 5cm/2" lift over stock height and also increased the speed by 5kph/3mph.

Stock front and rear heights

Lifted front and rear heights.

Looks good looking for a low profile tire set. How's the ride is it stiff ride I thinking of doing a 3 inch lift because I have a back seat. How tall are the tires. Thanks

The ride is a little stiffer but thats not a bad thing as its now not as rocky side to side. I measured the wheels before i put them on and they are around 20.5-21" tall.
Im tossing up wether to put a back seat on our buggy or not but if i do i reckon i might be able to get away with just adding the heavier springs in the rear.

Surprisingly, I put a back seat on mine with 215-40-12s and have had no problem at all even with 4 adults on board. I don't want to use HD springs unless I have to.

I reckon it would depend a lot on the rim offset, when i swing off the side of my cart the wheel tucks perfectly up into the guard without touching anything.
