Default Ezgo guy needing help identifying yamaha

Is anyone able to tell if this is a gas or electric cart from this picture? Was wondering if that is the gas tank that is open on the top of the rear body.

Yes that's the gas door to fill the tank, it's like a 91 G2 gas cart

If you "squint" real close....looks like the charger receptical. Lift the lever and tilt the seat forward. Pretty shure it's a G2-E

Could very well be electric - my old non-running Yami that I traded a few years back looked just like that, and had the charge receptacle right there under a door.

Ok thanks guys, I found it on craigslist and it doesn't say, I was trying to find out while I am waiting on the seller to get back to me.

This is definitely gas. Maybe a G2, G8 or G9. Very likely it's a G8 or 9.

Well that settles it. It's gas, or electric.

That is a G2e electric. There is a metal bracket holding the charge plug, the gas cap kinda "floats" not attached to any brackets.
