Default Coal Creek Sept 29th

I've been invited to join Clay and friends at Coal Creek next Sat. for some Rhino trail riding. I plan on getting a few pic's!

It's not my call but to my knowledge only side x sides will be going this trip due to the difficulty in trails. I hope we can all get a trip here or Royal Blue soon though.

Looking forward to this ride very much! We will be guided by some friends of mine from Atlanta Georgia, "Reggie and his wife Criss". I talked to him last week and was asking about what to expect for the ride and explained what trails we had been on so far by looking at a map of Windrock. He plainly said, leave that map at the house and bring a GPS! All of the "good" trails are on the north side and many are un-marked. Reggie has been riding here for over 20 years, so I have complete trust in him. Plus, he has one of the coolest Rhino's I have ever seen so it is easy to believe we will make it out un-scaved.
Carts are always welcome with me on any ride, but will have to say that it might not be a good idea on a trail that I do not know for sure. Carts will do some amazing things but common sence will tell you they are no match for a true 4-wheel drive. Bottom line here is: you wanna ride then bring it! We will have plenty of tow-straps and winches and I will never leave anyone behind.
I remember the first time we all got together at Windrock, Fastjim and the girls had some some of the best apple pie they had ever had! Reggie has a secret recipie for some liquid apple pie that I know Ann and TJ will enjoy for sure!
I don't really care if we ride 100 miles on the trails or 5 miles around the parking lot, we are out to have some fun with some good friends and we are going to lie about everything when we get home anyway!

Clayboy out!

We are really hoping it rains these days so it will not be dusty Sat. It is raining in Padukah Ky right now as far as I know and I hope it is headed this way. Clay, has anyone said anything about having to wear something orange since it is deer season? I know at Royal Blue, you are required too.

I haven't heard anything about orange. I think that is just for modern gun season.

I wasn't sure. Gun season isn't until Nov. I think so we should be good to go then. I'm really looking forward to this weekend. The Rhino is ready to go. I installed some seatbelts this past weekend.

Good deal, hope we wont need the seat belts! What kind did you get? I have been looking at some from Jegs, the 4 point harness. I would like to have something that covers both shoulders, but is still easy to put on and off. Sometimes on some rough bumps it really pulls hard just having one strap.
