2013 CAW Spring Rally

This is a new thread for our 3 annual CAW rally.
I would like to get all our site sponsors on board for next years spring event.
If you want to be apart of this just post here and we will get all the info out once finalized.
I would like input form sponsor that could make the Rally and also for the ones who want to donate money and prizes!
The money will be used for the sled pulling and drag racing track to have it preped and to pay the CAW folks to run everything. Food for the big cookout on Saturday afternoon and Friday if we have enough to do it.

I would also like to have BGW on board. I would really like to have a meet and greet at the Rally for everyone who would be interested in doing it.
So all the members can put faces and names together. Meet the people who make this board work for all the rest of us.
I would like to get some help with this from those of you who have been there in the past that would be willing to help.
I think as a group we could pull off one heck of a Rally if we get it organized early and have people working on it now.

Dumb question but where will the event be held next year? Would love to come out.

Carolina Adventure World.

They have been great folks to us the past 2 years. They do everything they can to make it a good event!

Wow that place looks amazing. Sounds like a good time. Is there an exact date set in stone?

Carolina Adventure World is located 30 minutes North of Columbia, SC and 50 minutes South of Charlotte, NC off of I-77 and exit 46, Camp Welfare Road in Fairfield County, SC.

No set in stone yet but April are May. Date will be announced soon.

Why are you wanting to move it up from July?

Honestly I think it's a good idea heat and humidity wise, but if people that want to come have children in school it might cause a conflict.

Scot good point, hadn't thought about that! This is why I want peoples input on this to figure out the ins and outs like this. So in this case we are back to Late June are late July.

June or July may be better, it'll give folks more time to prepare. Especially me in a search for a gasser txt

Looking forward to another event at CAW although my cart is a little hesitant, it seems like CAW always seems punish it
