Default Loose conection in a Alltrax AXE 4855

My cart came to a dead stop, checked everything and finally wiggled one of the large wires going into the controller with my foot on the throttle and it took off. Checked connection and it appears to be inside of the controller when the spade is wiggled. Has anyone encountered this and is the controller serviceable? Alltrax, AXE Series, 4855. Called Alltrax but they are out till Monday.
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

I didnt have that problem but i did return it and got a new one. That says to me not repairable. It only took a week from my ship out to a new one at my door. I think its two year warranty.

Cool Re: Loose conection in a Alltrax AXE 4855

If it's less than 2 years old then yes they will send you another one. Look on the bottom side of controller for the date. You have 2 years from that.
I have 3 of their controllers and haven't had a issue with any of them.

Propped a stick under the cable that goes to that terminal spade and made it through the weekend hunt with no problems. Mine is three years old but am going to send it to alltrax and see what they can do.
Thanks for the info.

Which connection is it?
I called and talked to them a while back for a customer controller that was 6 months out of warrinty. They said it's cheaper to buy a new one than sending it to them.

Will check which connection it is when I get home tonight. If it is not worth sending back to alltrax you can bet I'm about to be a shade tree controller technician and then probably have to buy a new one anyway! Who knows, I might get lucky! lol
