Scotty, can you draw up the carts wiring and fax it to me....I don't mean the schematic I drew up, I mean the carts wiring. Go out, look at it and draw it up.

The cart is stripped to the frame. Batteries and drive components are installed. So the opnly wires are the new ones I have connected so here is what I have been working with.....Solenoid is tested. Is there anyway the 3 small terminals on the controller could be wrong? They are not marked but, it is wired as it showed on the orig Logisytem diagram..

Scotty, I used the diagram Roady posted in my resistor to controller thread. It was easy to follow and worked for my. It was on the second page of the thread. Sorry, don't know how to link you to it, but it was under the Extreme heading. Good luck, Mike

I know you also had the logisystem so I have some faith this will work when I get time....I'm curious if the diagram they sent you with your controller did not work for you?

Scotty. That diagram is for an Alltrax controller. The logisystems controller is different. I just got your email, gimme a bit to look and compare.

Everything looks correct. One thing that does not match is connecting the 2 terminals together on the bottom of the F/R. It should be the left only stock. I would transfer attention to the throttle and power connections on the controller. I think buckmanmike had some trouble with his too in that area.

Again, I would concentrate my efforts on the throttle and power connections on the controller. The F/R switch and main power wiring is connected properly.

Kind of a bad situation...logisystems website no longer exist so you can't get diagrams....at least last time I looked.

Yeh, it is too bad they don't care enough about their customers to get the site working...it has been down all year. What is up with that !? Something is wrong with their diagrams? I now have a stock 95-03 48v CC diagram in hand and will prolly, try that?

I see the 48v controller has one wire hook up on the bottom........
