Default 72v hunting buggy

It's been a while since I've been around, haven't even had a buggy for two years or so. Been looking for a buggy to build for the lease and finally picked up a 95 txt on the cheap a few weeks back. Just about got everything ordered now waiting on the brown truck Santa.

72/650 spm controller
Custom motor by EMP-called plum quick but I guess they're not even taking orders for hi per. motors at this time.
Reversing contactor-Original Albright sw202b with blowouts w12 v coils
Kilovac 500 amp solenoid with blowouts w12 v coil
Quick charge onboard 72v charger
9x Trojan Ranger eight volt batteries- should be fun getting them to fit
72-12v 30 amp converter since I won't have room for an extra battery
Allsports 8" long travel lift
Ausco disk brakes
26" maxxis Vipr tires
And some other small stuff... Hopefully I can still remember how to wire one of these babies up..

Not sure if I'll get any help here or not but if anyone that's familiar with reversing contactors would take a look at this and tell me why this wouldn't work I would greatly appreciate it. It's been a few years since I wired a motor up.

I know the sw202b is going to be configured a little differently but this was the best option I could find in my symbols library, two single pole double throw relays. Probably stating the obvious here but key two is for me and key one is for everyone else:)

Two more questions for the experts, does the alltrax spm require minimum rated voltage (eg. 24-72 volt controller so 24v) for half speed reverse or would 12v work? I could do away with the half speed relay that has to handle 72v if 12v will suffice for half speed. I'll call alltrax tomorrow to find out.

Last question, who has stuffed nine 8 volts in an ezgo? Pics would be great. Thanks

Here is the schematic as an attachment if that makes it easier for anyone. I am still debating on using micro switch in throttle to close main contactor but these czonka's are pretty loud when they close and if I'm creeping through the woods it's a sure way to spook a deer. The 72v input to controller will be a pushbutton, probably behind my seat somewhere unless the Albright has aux contacts or I can add a set.

Ok I knew I had it backwards looking at it. Contactors need to be mirrored, common on each going to a field, A to A, B to B, M- to top and A2 to bottom. I think:) been a long day had to type it before I went to sleep.

before you beat you're self up too bad, all of the controllers I have installed come with schematics. I would not worry too much if you can't remember it exactly.

I think this is more like it. Will find out from alltrax the required voltage for half speed input and control voltage input.

Still looking for any pics or ideas of nine battery setup, I know it's been done.

Depending on how loud the 500amp kilovac is this will probably be the end wiring. I need one of you gurus to pick it apart bc I know I gotta be missing something.

Key switch and reverse is 24 volts to 90 volts. I used a small automotive relay next to the controller to power the KSI from 12 volts. (I did not want or need 72 volts at the dashboard).

I could not fit all 9 eight volts in the battery compartment of my BBB/ezgo, I had to place one in the bag well. I might try harder at a later date to get them all in.

You are really going to like that SPM72650. I love mine so far. Ill like it even better once I get a battery set that will deliver the full 650/740max amps to the motor.

Hey Cway what's up. A couple of guys have started using these batteries would allow for the spacing under the seat. Sportcoupe did this one of his builds.
