Anyone use any cables from the guy on ebay that goes by Dinosponys?

He's got over 206 positive feedback for his cables, and based on responses on feedback he's does quality work using quality material.

I saw this auction

He uses: cables are made of 100% U.S.A. material. # 4 gauge SGT cable SAE J1127, marine grade heavy wall, seamless, closed end tinned copper lugs and sealed at the ends to insure the acid and gases do not reach the interior of the cable. Because of the harsh condtions that a power cable has to endure, a good quality SGT cable will give you a longer life, and performance, when compared to other types of cable that is on the market.

I contacted him about making me a custom set to replace all of my 6 gauge wires on my 01 CC Regen with 4 gauge cables.

SGT4, which is what he is peddling has about 57 strands of 22 guage. 4 guage welding cable has a strand count of up to 600. I'll leave the rest up to you.

Ah good to know, oh well, hopefully it's still better than my stock 6 gauge cable.

I'm sure they will make a good stock replacement set.

Yea, let's hope so , running a stock controller and a high speed motor right now, hopefully they'll still be good for a 400 amp Alltrax down the road, still figure it's got to be better than the stock 6 gauge on there now.
