I hear that controller humming!

What motor/controller combo are you running?

Most of the components came from Carts Unlimited.

700 amp GE FSIP controller
HD cables, contactors and solenoid
D&D speed series motor.

Speed motor huh? Wow! Wouldn't think a speed motor would have enough low end to pull the bus. What kind of top speed are you getting?

About 22MPH. Too fast for this limo cart.

I did put in a switch to go from "low gear" to "high gear". I just wired it in to the half speed reverse wire.

So with the flip of a switch I can go 22MPH or 12MPH. On the fly too!

Some controllers have a half speed reverse option. If you controller has this option you can activate it in forward as Pastor Greg has with a switch
