New Sparky Build
So I just finished my V-Twin EzGo and now I want to try to build a cool electric EzGo so I can be more stealthy at night in my campground 👍
I bought a 36v 2002 EzGo with what I think is a Sepex motor. I think I want to sell off what I can and build from scratch. I've been reading about 48v and the Nissan Leaf battery's and I'm intrigued. Should I leave the sepex motor and go to a series motor? Should I have it (the motor) rebuilt or buy a new 48v? I put 3 12v batteries in it tonight and drove it around the neighborhood and it runs fine. I just want to go from normal to awesome. Attached are pics of the new electric and the gray one is the V-Twin Gas. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I've researched a lot more but didn't find any substantial reason to stay with a Regen motor. I think I'm going to call D&D and talk to them about a motor and see what they recommend.
