Default Magnacharge batts

Not sure if this question should be in this thread but here goes. Has anyone had experience with Magnacharge batteries? I think they are only Canadian but I could be wrong. Made by the same parent company as Trojan. the problem is, up here with the exchange 8v trojans, [6] would run me 1350 a set for the 875s. The magnacharge are 750 a set. Any experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you located? We have experience with Magnacharge, they are fine batteries. Is $1350 tax in on the Trojans?

Thank's for the reply! Tax all in, don't think so. Was quoted 229$ a piece. I live in the Southwest tip of QC but called a cart shop near Cornwall Ont since that is the closest. So, you have not had any issues with Magnacharge? Do they seem to last as well as the red ones? I DON'T abuse batteries and they won't get run down with the mileage I do in a day but the motor/controller will draw on them hard on occasion.

All of our buggies get Trojan as a standard, unless our customers upgrade to Gel. With that being said we have had a couple customers use the Magnacharge brand to save some cost and they have had good luck. They have been holding up great for them.

I can't say if they will hold up as good as the Trojans, but I can say these ones have been lasting very well. We can offer you a bit of a better price on the Trojans if you still want to go that way, we maybe able to offer you a bit of a better price on the Magnacharge as well. PM if you have any other questions
