Default 48v heavy duty 400A relays

I just received my 48v relays and thought you guys may want to take a look
they're industrial style so I have to cover thm up good but they look like they can handle 400 to 500 amps EZ .
I have 3 of them 1 for the main relay an 2 for the forward reverse switch.
I know how to wire them but I was hoping one of you more knowledgeable about the finer pionts would tell me what resistors and diodes I should use to dissapate voltage spikes and location , basic explination of how you would wire it.

Hi everyone happy new year
I was able to get the relays in and get everything working.
I had to get 1 more relay for a total of 4 to make the forward reverse switch. I was thinking that I only had to reverse one set of wires, but once I got into it I could see that you have 2 pairs of wires you need to reverse with either a reversing contactor that will take care of it all in one or if you use single throw single pole contactors you need to switch 2 on for forward or the other two for reverse.
Its a little more work with all 4 but each contact can handle 400-500 Amps so the set can handle around 1,000 Amps that should be heavy duty enough for just about any aplication!!
