Default Quich Charger Onboard Profiles

I have a Patriot LSV with a Quick Charge onboard charger. I am currently using 8 6 volt deep cycle batteries. I assume they are acid because I have a put water in them but I don't know a lot about batteries. I want to make sure I am using the correct charge cycle for this type of battery - I have F1 through F4 cycles on the charger. Does anyone have any wisdom to share on what cycle I should use and if I would use different cycles for different situations? Thank You!
