Default Golf cart keeps breaking axles

I have an 99 ezgo txt with the high torque motor which is 36/48 and also a 600 amp alltrax controller and a nonslip differential. I then added 2 more batteries under my backseat in the bag compartment to make it 48 volts. The problem im having is there is so much power i keep breaking axles, twice now. The first time it snapped i was pulling my deck out from my camper at camp. Then the 2nd time i was about a mile in the woods going thru a nice mud pit. My question is what the hell can i do to beef up my axles to prevent axles snapping

What my buddies with Wranglers do is chromoly axel swaps until ultimately upgrading the rears. I’d start calling machine shops. I doubt you will find them off the shelf, most likely will have to be custom made.

Curious. Where is the axle breaking? Too bad you can't swap in a CC diff, either the Kawasaki or Graziano units are well made!

Can you post a picture? Is it twisting it or a clean break?

I'm curious on this as well. Both sides have broken or one side twice?

Are you running adapters for your wheels? What extension? Possibly too much leverage?
I have broken mine too and destroy bearings on a pretty regular basis.
Try to find some wheels with a 4x100 pattern (Mazda Miata early years) and some Hondas.
