Bus bars
Has anyone used copper bars to interconnect their batteries? I feel like it would be a simpler connection and easier to keep clean. Thoughts?

Re: Bus bars
It should work fine as long as you never drive the cart
Where the battery post exits the battery case is one of the weakest links to have corrosive vapor/gases leakage. While the cart is running, each individual battery will have small flex movements as well as the entire battery bay. Creating a rigid connection between the battery posts will not be a good idea. |

Re: Bus bars
Sergio is spot on, the batteries move around more than you realize and a rigid connection would be the death of the posts.
