Question for you sparky guys
Hi all, quick question.
I just sold my CC DS gas build. It was a really fun build but someone offered me enough money to part with it. I'm going to replace it with an electric build. I'm sticking with Club Car for the aluminum frames as I live at the coast. I'm going to build an offroad capable LiFePo cart with max range and probably a dual speed motor. My question is: Should I pick up a DS or a Precedent? I'm not familiar with the differences of the systems in these carts. Given that I'll likely strip most of the drive system out and rebuild it which platform would be the best starting point? I have no real preference. I love my DS but wouldn't mind a Precedent. Any thoughts? I'm sure this has been debated before but I was not finding the info I wanted. Thanks! |

Nothing wrong with a Precedent. But if you are already familiar with the DS I would stick with it. I think the DS is overall more comfortable and robust than the Precedent.
My 2 cents. |
