Just got through upgrading the electronics on my 95 Ezgo. D&D High Torque motor,Alltrax 500 amp controller, and 2 extra batteries. They told me it would make a world of difference, but GOOD GRIEF!!!!!! All I wanted was a little more up hill climbing power.Think I got enough

Good Job. Great Pic's. But when it comes to spear change & HORSE POWER
There is never enough.

Aint that the truth! I put some huge 27 inch Swampers on my CC. I done the same mods you did (D&D high torque motor 500 amp Altrax controller) and mine rode wheelies. Since I changed the tires it lost alot of power. Still turns them good in the mud but, when I get in a bind on steep inclines she just aint got enough azz no more. So, now I am looking to go down in gear ratio hoping that will cure it. But, I think that a move to 72 volts is the right answer. Its never enough!
