just got 1995 ezgo non dcs, roof, shield, rear seat, stock tires. i what to go 17mph about but quick to get there. who got a hot set up for this

The motor will handle it just fine. You need to make sure the controller and solenoid can handle the voltage....and have a way to charge.

Alltrax AXE4844 400a Programmable Controller, HD 48v solenoid, 4g welding cable, 48v to stock 36v motor. Cart will run 20mph on stock diameter tires all day long. I'm not kidding.

updating now that camp is over. have a d&d motor rated 8.1 hp, 4160 rpm @ 36volts 275amps. have alltex control 400amp. voltage sticker 24-48 volts does this have to be program for voltage because i can't find it in the software?oooooo started pulling body off.
