Czonka Relays EV200 Series High Voltage Contactors.
This is a part number breakdown and some technical specs for EV200 czonka high voltage relays. Voltage range: 12-900 VDC. (contacts NOT the coil voltage) Continuous carry amperage: 500 Amps 2000 Amp break at 320 VDC Ok..First 5 digits will be EV200 no matter what. 6th digit can be A or H A means normally open contacts H means normally open contacts with auxiliary contacts. We can Use either one for carts. 7th digit can be A,D or J. This will depend on what coil voltage you need to activate the relay. A is 9-36 vdc coil activation. D is 32-96 vdc coil activation. J is 48-96 vdc coil activation 8th digit A or B. This is the coil wire length. Either one will work. A is a 15.3 inch tail B is a 6 inch tail. 9th digit can be N, B or C. This is what kind of connector you want on the coil activation wires. N is for NO Connector. B is for a Yazaki style connector C is for a Molex style connector. I just use N and wire it in with either bullet terminals or spades. 10th digit will always be A A is the bottom mount plate style. So as an example lets say I have a 72 volt cart and I want the relay to activate with 72 volts. I could use part number EV200ADBNA, EV200AJBNA, EV200HDBNA, EV200HJBNA....probly a few more combinations in there too. Or If I wanted to activate the relay with 36 volts I could use EV200AABNA, EV200AAANA, EV200HAANA....and a few more. |

Looks like allied electronics dropped all the items they didn't have in stock. Have you actually CALLED allied electronics to see if they could get one?
