I should of said they use 12v bats ive only seen them once but do you have a part number on those

They are Trojan T1275 batteries. That is all I know, though.

I hope ya'll are around tomorrow. I will be upgrading my resistor cart to controller, so I'm sure I will run into problems on the way. Start time about 11am et. Finish time ...over the hill,,, down the road......

If I make my cart ready for 72v though I'm running 48v will that make me wild?????

I got to deer camp last night and it has rained all day today. Hope to do controller conversion tomorrow.

Are you talking about the actual cables, or the charger wire?

After doing a little research this is what I came up with the t1275 will give you 150 AH the group 31 110 AH and a group 24 will give you 105ah. the T105 (6V) 225 AH. So even with the Trojan you loose charge time, I am hoping the Exide guys get back with me on Monday but I dont think they will have anything different than this.
