I don't see that as a problem? How much voltage do you want to run to the micro switches anyway?

that is the actual switch that engages the power when you turn on your key.
high amp solenoids, FnR switches, controllers, etc. allow higher amperage to pass from the batteries to the motor. this equals higher performance, more torque and longer life for the equipment.

Thanks for the heads up pggroves. That is a good deal. I've been looking for one since I read Roadys post about the voltage boost system. I want to try the 48V set up with a 24V boost, Plus it will look good next to the 48 version I got from you.

Is this something that goes on any cart or just specific setups?

My cart is a 48 volt cart, not a 36 volt.

Chevy; This is basically bulletproof soleniod. I put the 48V version on my cart. I said the same thing when I saw one for the first time

That IS a bulletproof relay. There is some better but I have never seen anyone need one. It's called a "Bubba" 1800V EV500. We have been running the same 2 Czonka's (EV200's) in the boost cart for years...never have replaced them.

I did a part number beakdown here. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/extre...lay-ev200.html
