g19e speed limiter

been searching but cant find what im looking for. maybe im just not so computer savy.

2001 g19e, is there a wire from the tach on the motor that i can disconnect to increase speed and/or stop the controller from limiting top speed. entire cart has been wired with heavy guage wire and just looking for a little more top end.

You can 'unplug" the tach sensor lead going into the main wire harness. It will disable "regenitive braking" feature, but you will also loose "anti roll away" feature. Heck if you don't like it...just hook it back up. They also make high speed motors for G19's and you don't need to change out the controller...would get you about 23 mph.
