Default Logisystems controller help

I recently purchased a logisystems controller with a 0-5k throttle input
I want to install it into my 2004 ezgo txt which I believe has a different throttle output (its)
I have sent several messages to logisystems to see about reprograming the controller with no response
There doesn't seem to be a phone number on their site
Is this company still in business?
What options do I have?
Can anyone change the throttle input on the controller?
Can I change the output on the cart?
Any help is greatly appreciated

You need an ITS throttle input.
They may be able to change or exchange that one for you? But since they are non programmable and poured in epoxy ... There was a guy who put a potentiometer in the ITS box about 6 months ago here? It would be so much easier to get the right controller input.

HA!!! Sorry to laugh at your dilemma but Logisystems has the WOST customer service I have ever experienced. The owner is Jim and WILL NOT answer any emails so just quit trying. The number is 1-432-381-6000 but good luck there also. Just go ahead and dedicate a day of calling every 30 min and you may get someone? Good luck dude

If you do end up going this route ( I suggest you exchange or sell it) You will need to waterproof the peddle box as the potentiometer will not handle getting wet and the peddle box is on the bottom of the cart .... Let me if I can help.

I don't suggest you do this. It will be much better for you and the future use and resale of your cart if you just get an ITS controller.
Having said that ... you would be looking at removing the ITS & plunger and replacing it with a potentiometer and rigging up a way of mounting the pot and connecting it to the gas peddle throttle. I have only heard it was done once, never have seen the results.
Again really think you would be better off selling or exchanging the one you have.

I am still trying to figure out the best way way to change my throttle output from ezgo its to 0-5k
The logisystems controller I have only comes on 0-5k so if anyone has ever tried to put a 1000amp 72-120 volt controller in an ezgo they must have had to go through the same thing
I posted this question on the racing forum as well
I did a search and couldn't find any info on anyone else that has tried to do this
Any help is appreciated

Are you familiar with a Curtis PB6 or 16? You need to buy one and install it somehow so it works.
