24 volt gearbox motor??
hey everyone ok i started a discussion in the club car section a little while ago about making a mountain bike electric trailer/pusher! about finding out how to wire the speed control, i now have done and finished the wiring and it goes alryt but as the speed controller was on a motorised hako scrubber dryer which u walk behind, it was program to go 7-12mph so i need to find out how i can re-program it and were to get a cheap programer!?. also i have a leroy somer motor which has a gearbox built in i was wondering how i could remove it and would it have a normal keyed part under the spline part of the gearbox couple of pictures are in the links below!!! also if it say's 2400/240 rpm would this mean the motor orignal rpm is 2400 and the gearbox scales it down to 240rpm??? or am i wrong??? hope someone can help???, cheers in advance. steven g
