Very "Jumpy" after Torque & Speed Upgrades
I have a 48V 1999 Club Car recently upgraded with a Buggies Unlimited Torque and Speed Kit. Went from 13 mph to 21 mph with significantly more torque. Here's the problem; Very jumpy from a standstill, cannot takeoff without jerking your neck no matter how easy you try. My question is: Is there anything that can be done to dampen the transition, it is too much like an on/off switch. I would appreciate any input on this matter.

Re: Very "Jumpy" after Torque & Speed Upgrades
There are 2 things to check.
1st is the throttle pattern and rate programmed into the control. 2nd is the throttle (mcor) reading when the solenoid is activated. If it is too high the solenoid makes it connection after the throttle rate is already above zero... hence the hard start. |

I would assume the controller would be pre-programmed. It does not seem to be an adjustable type. What do you mean by "is the throttle reading"?
