60 volt three wheel EZ-GO
I finally checked the speed on the three wheel cart with the gps topped out at 29mph on 60 volts and 20 on 48 volts. Gotta have more volts now.

Re: 60 volt three wheel EZ-GO
30mph in a 3 wheeled golf cart... sounds nutz to me.
I imagine if you sneezed she would be cartwheeling down the road at about the same speed... I know you are going to tell us it is stable and safe, but they outlawed 3 wheel ATVs and golf carts for a reason. (anybody want to bet?) Be careful out there. |

Re: 60 volt three wheel EZ-GO
How safe are any of these 50 mph 4 wheel carts? Anything anyone does requires some sense for it to be done safely. There won't be any full speed 90 degree turns I promise, but you would be amazed at how it handles everyone that has rode it has been. Glad to hear people actually concerned with someones safety that is rare these days.

Re: 60 volt three wheel EZ-GO
Safety is always a #1 concern. Most of us on here know what the carts do and dont's are. It's the people that we let ride them that we are concerned about mostley. Wives, kids and friends.
Three wheels is fine as long as you understand the cart. Mr. Bailey drag races a 3 wheelier are I should say he did until he wrecked it. As the old coil carts were dangerous if rode for a long time slow then parked in a dry tall grass. Most people knew not to but the average Joe didn't! |

Re: 60 volt three wheel EZ-GO
Thanks,
I've been working on it since 1986 when I bought it. I'm still doing mods to it. |
