Still Slower Than The Neighbor
I finally got a lift kit and 22" tires.I was hoping to gain a few MPH but i was wrong. My junker is a 95 cc 36v with what is supposed to be a 700amp curtis controller,a 3.5 hp motor and #2 welding cable.Btw batteries 8 months old.20mph on a good day GPS.The neighbor has 03 EZ ,lifted with 22" tires, stock motor, and supposedly a 400amp alltrax controller. He outruns me on top end and pulls hills stronger and faster than me.I think my motor may be getting weak. Thanks in advance for any info or suggestions.

Re: Still Slower Than The Neighbor
If you have a 700a controller it should be able to run 36 or 48volts. If you raise voltage to 48v you will run circles around your buddy. Make sure controller is capable of 48v before trying. Controllers are very voltage sensitive.

Re: Still Slower Than The Neighbor
It should run circles around your buddy now if those specs are correct. Make sure your getting a 100% throttle signal to the controller.

Re: Still Slower Than The Neighbor
Just mine.If i blew his up he would collect on insurance somehow and triple his money. That would make me more mad.He has the kind of luck that everything he touches turns to gold.
