Default Upgraded controller question

How can I tell how many volts my 700amp Logisystems controller can handle. I'm running 48v, but would like to add more batts. down the road...can my controller handle it. Of course I'm asking this after the fact.

My logisystems controller has a tag on it that says 48-72 volts, 700 amps. They also make a 700 amp 48 volt controller.

I think I'm out of luck. I bought my controller off ebay, and logisystems said all the controllers sold there should only be 36-48v.

How do you like the controller, how is the ramp up speed? Have you noticed any overheating problems, stalls on hills or heavy mud? I am thinking of going to a 700 amp-72 volt logisystems controller. thanks

It ramps up nice, quick and smooth. Fast out of the pocket. I have not tested it on any hills or mud, I did however have it in beach/sugar sand and it performed very well. The controller has gotten warm but not hot.
