Others have trouble because they do not open the program in the correct sequence. The controller LED must be on before the program is opened. |

Re: Alltrax settings
You do have the latest version of the program correct? I think they updates the program about 1 month ago. Are you carrying your laptop to the cart and hooking to usb that way or are you bringing your controller into the house?
What OS are you using on the computer to hook up? |

Re: Alltrax settings
Try this if you are using win7. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/w...7-5b03c4e98fe7
There are many things one can do once they get a new operating sytem up and running. I notice I unlock a whole lot of things that most people don't unlock so you and/they might not see the options I do. Most systems, even vista and others keep stuff hidden because most people will only have more questions seeing the stuff I want to be shown. Try that suggestion to show more stuff and reply. I don't think it's a big issue you don't see your com ports it's just a common issue because they are no longer really used. |

Re: Alltrax settings
There is also the possibility that at one time someone plugged a USB device into your computer and you chose to not see the USB warnings any further. Those options are under User Account control settings
