04 PDS cart converted to AC

This is my personal cart that we keep at our beach house. The cart was bought new out of the show room of Grahams golf carts in Myrtle Beach in May of 2004.
This is pretty much how I bought it with a few minor mods. Radio, wheel disc, speed chip mod. I had Robby @ PQ do a motor for it also. 25 MPH.

Here it is now with the AC controller and motor installed with a speed o and battery monitor along with miles traveled. I also had to move up to 48 volts for this kit. They don't make a 36 volt one yet. The cart run's 32 MPH all day and the motor isn't even warm when you grab it. It will run a little faster right off the charger but it doesn't last long but at 32 MPH I'm happy with it.

AC controller that just plugs up to stock wiring harness.

AC motor. Bolts right up to stock rear end housing. I have 17" Miata wheels on it now.

This was last year at the beach after the install.

That's cool. Didn't know miata wheels would fit. I new about civic and saturn.

Yea there are a bunch of wheels that fit but you will need spacers to keep them from rubbing the springs.

as long as they are 4 on 4 100mm they will work. i have this handy dandy tool to check them with.
