Default Planet Electric G4 - problem

I have a 1997 Planet Electric that worked fine for a couple of years. Then I had some charging issues and had a shop replace all 40 UB12180 batteries. It ran good for a couple of days/outings and then the charger would not engage. I'm not sure if I have a charger issue or a battery wiring problem. It looks like the batteries are wired in parallel and sequence, with 4 neg and 4 positive wires going from the batteries to the battery pack plug.

I took it back to the shop and they charged the batteries over several days with a small 12 volt charger. The voltage meter read 118 volts after charging and the batteries were reconnected outside of the cart late Friday, on Monday am the voltage had dropped to 60. They were stumped.
The owner said that he thought I had a bad charger. I asked if they could recharge the batteries and put the battery pack back into the cart and not hook them up, they did and I brought the cart home. I reviewed the Curtis Controller manual and replaced the Precharge Resister and checked the coil suppression diode which seemed to be ok. When I reconnected the battery pack the voltage did not drop as it had prior to replacing the resister. I hooked it up and tried the charger but it still would not engage. The cart did however run at a very slow pace. I'm not sure if the charger is bad or the batteries are not wired correctly. Need advice

Does anyone know where I can find a layout or diagram of how the 40 UB 12180 should be connected together for my Planet Electric G4? Currently they were connected in some sort of series and parallel configuration.

Well, I guess I should have just purchased a boat. I have purchased and replaced all 41 batteries. I replaced all the connectors to match the charger. I purchased a charger and as it turns out, is 220V input and will not work for me so it had to be returned. To date, I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on this thing and still cannot get it to charge.
Does anybody know ANYONE who has a charger they will sell?
