Default PQ torque motor, alltrax 500 won't go!!!

Installed the PQ torque motor with had solenoid and alltrax 500 for my 2008 club car precedent. Controller lights up green, shows code for club car in green, I press the pedal and it surges forward for half a second, the the controller shows red, code 6, low voltage. Voltage at controller is 49 volts, these are brand new batteries and 1/0 cables. Please help. I plan on calling PQ on Monday, but I will be out of town for a week and deer season starts the following. Really need to get this fixed tomorrow if possible. Any ideas as to what's going on?

Checked all wiring, reset obc, and while checking solenoid, this is what I found: 49 volts on both sides without throttle pressed, once throttle is pressed, voltage on side to controller drops to 20 volts. What do I do now?

Question Re: PQ torque motor, alltrax 500 won't go!!!

Are u sure the OBC reset? Do a search on the C/C section for jumping it out and see if it works.
Does the charger turn on and work as it suppose to?

that's a problem, voltage should only be on battery pack side of solenoid without throttle pressed, once pressed, both sides should read the same, if not then probly a bad solenoid. Also check control wire to solenoid and verify voltage once throttle is pressed.

voltage on both sides of the solenoid? You will get a V reading on both sides with the resistor in place.... key on or off

yea, that's true, so if resister is present, remove it from the controller side of solenoid, recheck.
