Default Curtis 1205M on a 98 model ezgo

I am getting 14 plus volts out of the J2 connection that goes to the throttle but I get nothing back. Not sure what type of throttle I have, if it's 0-5K 5-0K and so on. I have checked all connections everything appears to be correct. Sillynoid comes on and have 37.8 volts. The motor is 36-48 volts.

FYI everybody talked to BU tech support and apparently they have sent out more than one controller programmed to 48 volts instead of 36 volts. I did find out my throttle is an ITS. By no means am saying anything bad about BU the guys in tech support have been very helpful. They are sending me a new controller today!

Update everybody I received the new controller and it worked great, cart up and running with a little more umph. Thanks BU tech guy Ray! Now my next move is to upgrade batteries...question. If I buy just 3 new 6volt batteries instead of 6 @ as high the VA that IB can supply will that be alright? Also just one of the jumpers is getting hot. What is causing this? I would like continue upgrading as finances and time allows. What should I do next?:
