1500 kilowatt Holly cow. My 72 volt cart only pushes 23,000 watts.

When I was a scientist in the USAF Armament Lab we tested some rail guns that were rated in megajoules. Our number one problem was the decoupling of the switch. I wonder if this is an issue with these drag EV drag cars... Could be really bad if you could not shut the unit off.
