finished up project money pit
ok well here you have it. I started with a club car precedent. I took out every thing converted it over to series. 700 amp controller, plumb quick torque motor, right know running a 24 volt boost with two optima batteries. I put a long arm jakes lift on it and running 25 in tires. yes it will pop wheelies. my brother was filming and he freaked out when the cart stood up. check out the dumb a$$ video. I will post better pics when I get it cleaned up.
russ ok well movie wont upload ill take a few pics tomorrow after work |

Re: finished up project money pit
well I must say, adding the two extra optima blue for the boost have been a blast. It is as close to a Four wheeler as you can get. The only problem i had was the diode burnt out and almost caught fire. i found a large heatsink on ebay and put three diode instead of one.
remember i took the time to convert the precedent to series. and put the biggest Plum Quick in it with a 700 FSP and new Trojans. next thing i want to do is add limited slip in the rear end. i also have Jakes long arm with 25in tires sorry i will work on some photos and pics this week. |
